About the event
Every Sunday, weather permitting, we will gather at the J. A. McFaul Environmental Center at 8:30 am sharp. This invigorating one-hourwalk will not only help us stay active and fit but also allow us to connect with nature and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our community.
After our refreshing walk, we will gather together to replenish our energy with a delightful spread of coffee, juice, and a light and healthy breakfast. This will provide us with the perfect opportunity tosocialize, share wellness tips, and build a strong sense of friendship.
